Ooh, don't need too many days like today. Not so great. Work was a dud and the kid's and I going out wasn't the best either. Oh well. Still learned a lot. And we can do it and it will be better next time! And those little smiles come back pretty quick!
But Adam came home in the middle of the day. He had some business in town and stopped by on the way back to work. So that was a treat. And Kaitlyn "found her feet" today. (That's how the baby calendar put it.) We've been peeling off some of the winter layers of clothes finally. Without her socks and just her little bare legs, she just stares and stares at her feet and toes. So cute.
Matthew has started saying, "Yes sir!" That is a pretty big thing to do in Texas, but we were surprised when he started saying it here out of the blue. We haven't prompted him to do that in a long time. It is definitely fine with us! He hasn't got the 'm'am' down yet, so I'm 'sir' too. What a sweetheart.
