May 3, TuesdayAfter singing at the retirement home we went shopping. Always good to have a snack afterwards.
We are getting ready for visitors!

The end of June will be our one year anniversary of living here in Plattsmouth. Last year at this time we were in Omaha living in an apartment, looking for a place to live. It has been such a beautiful spring with all of the flowering trees, bushes and perennials around town. April showers have definitely brought the May flowers.
It's been fun seeing all of our vegetation bloom for the "first" time around the yard. So pretty.
He got his skateboard. He is so happy. Here he is using it toboggan style.
On friday, the 6th, Miss Grace came over. I had my first prenatal visit, so she came along to help it go smoothly with everyone. We are pregnant! Our third baby is on the way! We are so excited and will be due around the first week of October. After the appointment we dropped her off at her house. This is the first time we've been there to Grace's home. It is about 20 minutes southwest of us in the country. Very nice family of seven kids.
Matthew and Kaitlyn saw new baby kittens there and were able to play with Grace's younger siblings and some other kids that were there for quite some time. What great fun!
Hardening the vegetable plants. Adam had these all planted by May 1. They are all doing so well. It hasn't rained for over two weeks, so we go over on a regular basis in the evening.

Hooray for perennials.

Kaitlyn and Matthew are so sweetly picking flowers for me. The best part is that they are dandelions.

Our Little Sunshine.
Matthew isn't feeling so photogenic at the moment. But hotcakes always help!
