Having a little fun before going over to the park.
Piper is first on the left, she came with her mom. Their family garden's behind our house. Then Anita has Zach and Callista with her. Her husband Scott, works with Adam. Then Karla is with her two sons on the far right, Caleb and J.D. They live across the street from us.
Zachary's birthday was the day before (in the orange shirt). He turned two and had the little baseball cake on the left.
Our dear friends, Mike and Jean Slocum. They brought helium balloons for the kids!
Callista, Caleb, Piper, Matthew and Kaitlyn. Matthew had just received the big blue package in the mail this morning. He was so excited to open it up first. Very suspenseful! It was from Malta; Mema and Pappa had sent it.
Kaitlyn even received a few gifts!
Linda Phillips in the purple shirt, is here with her husband, Steve (just out of the picture on the left). Steve is Matthew's Sunday School teacher. And Scott is sitting beside Adam.
Here is Steve Phillips and Mike & Jean behind him. We all attend Calvary Chapel.
Here is Scott, Anita, Zachary and Callista (from the back). Being new in town, we were so thankful for so many friends to come!
Scott's parents were visiting from Iowa and also came. Here is his mother.
The pinata wouldn't break! After everyone had had their fill up to bat, we broke it open.
After the party everyone walked over to our house, looked around and visited.
Mike and Jean stayed for dinner. It was a wonderful day!
They had this little tree frog swimming around in the pool. It's sticky little feet could climb anywhere!
This came before Matthew's birthday from Grandpa Frank and Grandma Doris in Amsterdam, Montana.
