July 7th, FridayWell, the morning started out great. Adam got to sleep in an hour early and travel down to Wright, WY for a golf tournament. He rode along with three other co-workers and had a great time. (Maybe a putter might be nice - if a new club should be added to his set.)
At home we were getting ready to go to gymnastics. But Matthew had an accident and we had to go to the Emergency Room at the Campbell County Hospital instead. He accidentally swallowed a nail - so we went to go get that taken care of.
X-rays showed that he had indeed. So a surgeon went in through his mouth to his stomach and retrieved it. For such an awful occurrence, we clearly saw God's hand was on every moment. There of course were a lot of "what-ifs," and not one of them came about by His grace. We are so thankful for our happy, healthy children.
On the way home from the hospital I asked Matthew how his stomach felt. "Much better!" he stated emphatically. Praise God.
