Quiet times in Plattsmouth

William Frank ~ 5 weeks old

A hike through Fontenelle Forest
October 16, 2011

Watching the first of the leaves falling. So peaceful and beautiful.

Looking at the Missouri back to its normal size.

Kaitlyn walked the whole way. She is growing up so much!

Looking through the learning center there.

Matthew and Kaitlyn Really like their "slippery socks." They are hand knit socks from the Hutterite Colony near Malta. Such a nice gift from Aunt Debbie and Blake!

Matthew liked 'sliding into home' over and over again. He even got out the measuring tape and had us record his distances.

Kaitlyn is now really good at doing the puzzles. Daddy got two new ones and she's fired up all over again! We have a number of pictures she took of her completed projects : -)

Matthew doing a science experiment with wind. His favorite part is the magnate he uses to keep the balloon attached with. And the fan is a very close second.

Another science experiment with hot and cold water and conductivity. He really likes the thermometers. Science is probably his favorite subject. (After phys. ed. of course.) Many a night he'll look through a science book Daddy has before going to sleep.

William's complexion is so great! He hardly has any cradle cap. And he has a tiny, little mole on the back of his left arm. About equal distance between his shoulder and elbow. Neither Matthew nor Kaitlyn have one.
