The Search

Looking at homes has been fun.

Matthew was on this the whole time we looked inside the house. And this was the biggest house we looked at!

Matthew and Kaitlyn have been so good through it all. It got easier the more places we saw. And there was always something fun to see and do.







Ever since we heard that Adam was going to be offered a job here in Omaha, he has been heavily researching the market for homes. The internet has been invaluable! It was interesting to see how it doesn't show topography very well, though. When he first looked at a couple of places on his own during an earlier business trip, he was so surprised to see how hilly some of the land is. It makes a difference!

Out of all of us, I think Adam is the most ready to close a deal on something quick! Working with assessors, credit reports, inspectors, realtors, mortgage lenders, offers, contracts, fax machines, telephone calls, GPS locaters, emails, gas stations, us...leaves a guy little time for any shut eye! Getting everything lined up, figured out, filled out and all with reliable references and no room for mistakes. We call him Superman. Oh yes, and a new job and all that entails. We love you Adam! Thank you for all of your hard work!



Our realtor, Connie, is wonderful. She has a lot of experience with the area, with children and all the things we need.
